Membership Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Paige Vandy Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Million Dollar Memberships Club, and the individual or entity ("Member," "you," or "your") who has purchased access to the Million Dollar Memberships Club.

1. MEMBERSHIP DESCRIPTION

1.1 The Million Dollar Memberships Club provides members with access to:
- The Million Dollar Membership Framework Course (9 modules with included bonuses)
- Bi-monthly live coaching calls
- Exclusive access to the Million Dollar Membership Club community hosted on Kajabi
- Monthly & Quarterly challenges and templates
- Additional resources and training materials as released

1.2 Bonus content and additional coaching calls may be provided at the Company's discretion.

2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND PAYMENT

2.1 Payment Options:
- Annual Membership: $1,397 USD paid annually (regular price)
- Monthly Membership: $147 USD paid monthly (regular price)

2.2 Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

2.3 Cancellation: We have a 3 month commitment period within Million Dollar Memberships Club due to the nature of the content delivered. If after 3 months, you feel the membership is not for you, you may cancel your membership at anytime by emailing us at [email protected] Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

2.4 No Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your membership.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS

3.1 All content provided through the Million Dollar Memberships Club, including but not limited to The Million Dollar Membership Framework, Incubator Content, Million Dollar Mode, and any associated materials, is the intellectual property of Paige Vandy Media.

3.2 Members agree to:
- Not share their login credentials with any third party
- Not download, copy, or repurpose any content for commercial use
- Not redistribute or resell any membership content
- Use the content for personal business use only

3.3 Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

4. MEMBERSHIP RULES AND CONDUCT

4.1 Members agree to:
- Maintain professional and respectful conduct in all community interactions
- Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
- Not promote competing products or services within the community without permission
- Not solicit other members for business purposes without explicit permission

4.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for violations of these conduct rules.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

5.1 The Company collects and maintains:
- Member name
- Email address
- Mailing address (for gift distribution purposes)

5.2 Your information will be handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. TERMINATION

6.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate membership for:
- Violation of usage restrictions
- Sharing of login credentials
- Harassment or bullying of other members
- Non-payment
- Any other violation of this Agreement

6.2 Members may terminate their membership by either:
- Cancelling through their members area in the community app, or
- Emailing [email protected]

6.3 Upon receiving a cancellation request, the Company will:
- Process the cancellation within 2 business days
- Send a confirmation email of the cancellation
- Maintain member access until the end of the current billing period

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

7.1 The Company makes no guarantees about specific results or income potential from membership.

7.2 The Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from use of membership content or participation in the program.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

9. MODIFICATIONS

9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to members.

9.2 Continued use of the membership after modification constitutes acceptance of new terms.
